Before anything else, I want to celebrate the cleanness of a white background. The way content is housed is important, it determines the way it is read. And if I’m no design expert, once someone else has made a template I can stand back and say: yes.
Books were made with straight edges, newspapers have lovely crisp margins encasing even the bolder graphics. At least, the good ones do.
